We aim to send your order within 2-3 working days (our working days are TUES- SAT, excluding bank holidays) of you placing it with us (if we can we’ll do it sooner!) and then post your item to you using one of the following options:
- Royal Mail (2nd class) – this aims to have your sweets with you in 2-3 working days from date of dispatch (includes Saturdays), however if you need your parcel quicker please contact us direct and we’ll be happy to help.
- Courier – for larger items we may use a courier service to ensue your item arrives as quickly as possible
- Local pick up – your order will be available to collect from our Wall Heath shop in 48 hours from when you order. We will send you an email to confirm when it is ready for collection.

We have set out a guide to the delivery costs to the right to try and make it as simple as possible for you to see at a glance the expected delivery cost of your order however exact delivery costs will be calculated at the checkout dependant on your order
We want to make sure your sweets reach you in the best condition and are suitably packaged, therefore some items have a minimum postage cost of £2.99 (costs may increase if you order additional items but will be calculated at checkout) however this will be shown at the checkout.
International Delivery
Unfortunately we don’t currently offer this service via our website. Should you wish to send internationally please contact us directly and if we can help we will.
